Red Project; Finished...

So the skirt part turned into a cape, and it managed to keep 5 centimeters of hem that I planned on getting rid of, but the red project is done, and I can go on to worrying about much more important topics, like draping mens tailored jackets.

Paris Menswear F/W 2011...

Cerruti; Techno pants that remind me a lot of a pair of Calvin Klein Collection ones from the mid 2000's that I was in love with.

Taking a bow at Henrik Vibskov.

A John Galliano show never dissapoints.

Boris Bidjan Saberi is quite possibly one of my new favorite designers. Such an amazing collection; Street influence with the most luxurious materials.

Damir Doma; White shirting short shorts never seemed so practical. I was very surprised by the amount of structured garments and degree of darkness in the clothes.

Starting the show at Rynshu. At least one designer has to use a grand Parisian space each season.

Qasimi Homme was full of leather, leather, leather, fur, and more leather. Everything was stunning, but would never look good on me unless I slim down a lot.

Perfect Day...

As if an orchestrated morning wasn't enough, the beautiful weather continued throughout the day. I made it my goal not to use the metro all day, which I succeeded at doing. Luxembourg Gardens, Jardin des Plants, Bastille, and evening boutique hopping in the Marais with friends. As if the day couldn't get better, I found a boulangerie open at 10pm on a Sunday and... wait for it... when I got my baguette, they brought out one straight from the oven.
You can just feel the suns warmth, as if the high 50 degree temps were not enough.

I love how even in the winter the grass is always green.

Playing Chess.

You would think the trees could get in the way?

I have the bad habit now of taking pictures of any French Bulldogs that I see. I need one in my life.

One of those vistas that just reminds you that you are in Paris, Notre Dame in the distance.

Feeding the birds.

Bastille at sunset.

One of those French things that only happens on weekends; A father helping his child riding a scooter, both laughing the entire time.

Only In Paris...

... do you wake up to a full orchestra playing Vivaldi outside your window, where the temperature is 56 degrees, and there isn't a cloud in sight... In January... Some days you can't help but just fall in love with this city.

Ghosts n' Stuff...

And as part of my adding more music on here, my new song of the moment by Deadmau5 (who the title of this post references). Words can't describe how much I love this song, progressive house and dubstep mashed up with some seriously beautiful lyrics.
